Full Job Description: Read Here Required Skills & Knowledge Strong written and verbal communication skillsIn-depth knowledge of catering operations and event planning best practicesAbility to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environmentProfessional, positive, and client-focused demeanorProficiency with Google Suite and event management software (e.g., TPP)Strong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesFamiliarity with food safety and health regulationsEmotional intelligence and collaborative leadership style Education & Experience Minimum 4 years of experience in event management, catering, or a related fieldAt least 2 years in a leadership or client-facing roleBachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferredExperience managing multiple events and teams in high-volume environments Certifications & Requirements Valid Driver's License and proof of liability insuranceFood Handler's Card (required)Industry certifications and training (preferred)Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and work long hours on your feet during eventsSchedule & Work Environment Standard office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.Evening and weekend availability is required based on event schedulesThis role includes both office-based administrative work and active onsite event executionPhysical demands include sitting, standing, walking, bending, lifting, observing, and navigating various venue environments
