The Event Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events hosted at the Chattanooga Convention Center. The Event Manager will manage all aspects of assigned events after contracted through final billing, maintaining the highest standards of customer service and professionalism. · Coordinate all event details, including room setup, audiovisual, catering, security, and other facility services. · Respond to event emergencies along with security to assist, collect details, and be in touch with client and management. · Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
