Event Manager

Full-time management position requiring flexibility, including weekends, holidays, and varied schedules.Proven experience in banquet and event operations, with a thorough understanding of all levels of banquet service.Previous roles as Event Services Manager/Assistant, Event Services Supervisor, or Event Captain preferred.Strong leadership skills: high energy, motivational, effective communicator, coach/mentor, and developer of team members.Exceptional customer-service orientation with the ability to anticipate and exceed guest needs in a fast-paced environment.Highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and able to produce innovative event concepts.Refined verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with general computer systems and event/banquet management software.Commitment to maintaining professional appearance and demeanor consistent with The Estate Yountville’s luxury standards.
