Event Manager

Our work spans event production, venue management, event operations, guest services, logistics, safety coordination, vendor management, and on-site execution. The position supports staffing logistics, vendor compliance, operational and event planning, and on-site management to deliver exceptional event experiences. Serve as Manager on Duty during assigned events, make real time decisions to protect guest experience, safety, schedule, and venue assets. Manage vendor compliance items, including COIs, required permits, and vendor documentation, and track status through completion.
