Event Manager

As a 501(c)(3) entity, Spokane Sports focuses on creating, bidding on, and hosting significant sporting events that not only inspire connection among participants and audiences but also contribute markedly to economic growth. Spokane Sports operates based on five core values: People-First, Innovation, Authenticity, Integrity, and Community Impact, ensuring that every event contributes positively to the community's fabric and leaves a lasting impression on all stakeholders. The role of Event Manager is a full-time, temporary position intended to support Spokane Sports through two major seasonal sporting events: Cross Country from September to November 2026, and Indoor Track & Field from December 2026 to March 2027. The ability to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules, coupled with the flexibility to travel locally for event support, is crucial. Working as the Event Manager with Spokane Sports represents an excellent opportunity to contribute to community-building through sport, gain valuable experience in event management at a nonprofit level, and work with a passionate team dedicated to making a difference.
