Job Responsibilities The Event Manager reports directly to 'Director of Sales and Marketing' 'Director of Operations Food and Beverage and 'Owners'. This position is responsible for the execution all events on property and including but not limited to corporate bookings, weddings, member events and all group food and beverage services. Hire the event staff and create a roster of in-house service professionals to work all events on property. Organize all event needs and scheduling with other departments on property. Trains, supervises, and works with event staff, to solicit and book banquet and catering functions, as well as the planning, merchandising and execution of the functions.
