Event Managers will communicate with upper management, be ‘on the ground’ eyes and ears on performance days and be the highest level in person customer service representative for guests. This is a part-time role with 2-4 shows per month, paying $300 per day for a 9-10 hour commitment per day. • Ensure all departments complete their tasks on schedule, and the event does not get delayed. Oversee Performers/AV/Ushers Staff: • Verify all employees are accounted for and prepared for their respective duties Ensure Excellent Customer Service: • Act as the point of contact for guest questions or concerns.
