The Event Manager has a high attention to detail, is flexible, thrives in a fast paced environment, has an entrepreneurial mindset, problem solver and loves to travel. • Assist short and long-term planning for all events within approved budget, marketing plan and department objectives. • 2+ years experience in retail sales and management or event production. • Advanced knowledge of fashion trends and a keen interest in eyewear • Born leader with a strong work ethic • Thrives in a goal-oriented working environment • Proven history of exceeding expectations time and again • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • A knack for conversation and always presenting products in their best light • Passion for providing a unique customer experience • Able to handle high pressure situations and be able to problem solve on the go • Ability to remain flexible throughout a collaborative retail experience • Someone who shares our inquisitive nature, affinity for fashion and design, self-motivated, and good-work-requires-having-fun mentality • Proficient in excel, POS software and sales reporting platforms
