and upselling event with meaningful enhancements • Incorporate all ancillary entertainment options throughout resort to elevate the client’s experience • Generate banquet event orders, specifying all details to be executed, ensuring approved by the client and distributed to operational departments • Work closely with culinary department to develop meaningful menus, being mindful of cost of goods and production of culinary offerings • Work closely with banquet department to ensure event programs flow smoothly and productivity is maximized • Work closely with the audio visual department to ensure you have an understanding of basic meeting technology that will allow all customers audio visual needs to be met for each event • Ensure all program details are effectively communicated to necessary departments • Clients are always treated with respect, adhering to AAA Four Diamond / Forbes Four Star standards at all times • Ensure client correspondence is timely and accurate • Resolve customers’ concerns and needs in a professional manner. • Be able to work well in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader with minimal supervision. • Skill in identifying and resolving problems under pressure conditions. • Occasionally requires raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally.
