Event Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Manager to join our team in Edina. Attention to detail is critical, as our events are a stepping stone to create sales leads for our sales team. Job Responsibilites • Coordinate when and where the show needs to be set up/teardown and by what time • Planning out booth set up according to the space booked • Schedule staff to work show/events • Set booth up to RVR standards • Properly document set up in Company Cam • Interact with potential customers at events • discuss current deals we are offering • Educate people on products RVR offers • Educate people on who we are as a person • Set goals for your team each event/day of event • Check in with your team throughout the event • Enforce RVR standards for Show day • Work Show days • Ensure team members are following timelines, standards, and expecations • provide a collaborative, motivated, and professional team environment • Go over goals after event to talk with the team about what went well and what didn't • Accuratley track leads and report them back to home office in a 24 hour window • Communicate with the Event & Visual Coordinator about Event updates, quesions, event recaps, etc. What We're Looking For: • Strong leadership skills with teh ability to guide and motivate a team • A clear and professional communicator who thrives in a team environment • Willingness to be hands-on and lead by example at every event • Ability to problem-solve under pressure and adapt on the go • Weekend and evening availability for event schedules This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about events, being a part of a team, and is excited to grow with a fast-paced, energetic team.
