Description We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Events Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of both provider-facing and internal corporate events. Provider-Facing Events • Plan and execute events that engage and educate our community of providers, including CE seminars, lunch & learns, recruiting mixers, grand openings, and networking events • Oversee end-to-end logistics: venue sourcing, scheduling, A/V, catering, signage, transportation, and vendor coordination • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Business Development to align event strategy with brand, recruiting, and growth goals Corporate Events & Retreats • Coordinate internal events such as executive offsites, leadership retreats, holiday parties, and company celebrations • Work directly with the Executive team to align goals, structure agendas, and manage travel for multi-day events Travel & Schedule Coordination • Own end-to-end travel planning and calendar coordination for key stakeholders attending events • Book and manage travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transport) for team members, speakers, and leadership • Anticipate and resolve logistical challenges with minimal oversight
