Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the event planning process.Conduct planning meetings, venue tours, and site visits.Develop event timelines, floor plans, and detailed event orders.Manage client communications and ensure all event details are accurately documented.Guide clients through menu selections, rentals, décor, timelines, and logistical planning. Communicate event details effectively across all departments.Maintain accurate event documentation and planning systems.Confirm vendor logistics, deliveries, staffing needs, and event requirements.Assist with inventory, rental coordination, and operational planning as needed.
