Original Events Co. – Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid) About the Role Original Events Co. is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of exceptional experiences. Internal Marketing & Business Development • Support OECo branding and marketing materials • Assist with proposals, pitch decks, and client outreach • Attend networking events and track business development activity Qualifications • 5+ years in event planning or experiential marketing • Proven success managing events of varying size and complexity • Excellent communication and project management skills • Strong design sensibility and branding knowledge • Proficient in Google Workspace, Canva, and event layout tools • Comfortable managing multiple projects independently • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Corporate, nonprofit, or large-scale event experience a plus • Flexible schedule with some nights/weekends required
