Event Manager at University of Oregon Eugene, OR

Under the supervision of the Assistant Athletic Director of Facilities and Events the Event Manager position coordinates the planning and execution of high-quality athletic events, for the Oregon Athletic Department, that houses 18 nationally recognized intercollegiate athletic programs. This position will serve as the main point of contact for game operations and event management of all assigned events including but not limited to Soccer, Lacrosse, Baseball, and assist in all aspects of event management related to hosting football games and track and field meets. Responsible for promoting the philosophy and objectives of the intercollegiate athletics program, including adherence to all department policies and procedures, as well as the rules and regulations of the university, Big Ten Conference, the NCAA, and the state of Oregon. 1 year of collegiate or professional stadium and/or large arena event management experience. Masters degree in Sport Management or related field.
