About the Position The Cavalier is seeking an experienced energetic events expert to assist in organizing and selling our private dining events, off-site catering events and meeting rooms. Your job is to make sure that when somebody books an event with us, we are throwing them the best party in town, creating the atmosphere and the energy that somebody’s arrived at YOUR party and they are about to have stepped into the most exciting space in San Francisco. We need an individual who can represent our brand excellence standards during the organization of any event, following through to the on site logistics and bringing brand experiences to life while always delivering beyond the clients expectations. -Assist in day-to-day event planning of events, menu curation, respond to client questions, internal event updates and communication. -Keep the restaurant updated with party information and headcounts so that there will be a sufficient number and appropriate skill levels of staff.
