Responsibilities: • Oversees implementation of policies and procedures about the planning and organizing of university or functional unit/area events. • Reviews and approves event related marketing information for promotion of meetings and events & represents the university or functional unit/area at meetings and events & serves on various committees as needed & performs related duties as required/deemed appropriate to the accomplishment of the responsibilities and functions of area.
