Oversee all aspects of conference planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of workstreams.Coordinate with external speakers, expo teams, and other stakeholders for smooth event logistics.Manage multiple event disciplines, including content, expo planning, and post-event analysis.Operate independently during planning and onsite to address issues proactively.Lead critical workstreams during live events and communicate updates to senior leadership.
