We're looking for energetic, reliable, and professional Event Managers to help deliver exceptional events across the Chicagoland area. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys live events, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow with an expanding company.
What You'll Do
As an Event Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing our concerts to life by:
Leading or assisting event setup and venue transformation
Creating the signature candlelit atmosphere that makes our events unforgettable
Managing guest check-in and seating operations
Coordinating with musicians, venue staff, and fellow team members
Overseeing event flow from setup through breakdown
Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience
Troubleshooting issues with confidence, professionalism, and a positive attitude
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to lead independently and make decisions under pressure
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Availability on Fridays and Saturdays
Access to a vehicle or reliable transportation
Willingness to travel throughout the Chicagoland area (up to approximately 2.5 hours when needed)
Previous event, hospitality, customer service, or management experience is a plus, but not required
