The Foundation for Teaching Economics (FTE) is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Manager, Planning + Outreach. This full-time position plays a key role in supporting the planning, logistics, and marketing of FTE’s portfolio of residential and virtual programs for high school students and teachers nationwide. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who is eager to grow a career in program management, education, or marketing, and who thrives in a mission-driven environment. Program Planning + Logistics 3+ years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or program support (internships or part-time roles with significant responsibility considered)Strong writing and communication skills; experience with marketing or copywriting preferredProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, CMS platforms, or CRM tools a plusExcellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detailAbility to manage competing deadlines in a dynamic environmentCollaborative mindset with a willingness to take initiative and solve problemsBachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be consideredInterest in economics, education, or nonprofit work aligned with FTE’s mission
