In addition to managing a wide variety of events at the complex, this Event Manager position also serves as a multi‑faceted event manager for producing all levels and types of events including in‑house, amphitheater, and swim meets. They serve as lead on‑site contact with event promoter from planning the event, to the move‑in of the event to the facility, the actual event, and the move‑out of the event. As the manager of the event, they supervise facility operations, including outside contractors and facility employees, and prepare, compile, and communicate lessee event expense information for use by the business department in financial settlement of the event. • Primary on‑site contact for planning of the event, move‑in of the event into the facility, the actual event, and move‑out of the event; frequently adapts all internal and external resources to often changing scenarios. • Monitors assigned event requirements as interfaced with other events and activities scheduled throughout the Complex.
