These operational categories include appropriate staffing levels for event • Reports under the direction of the General Manager and Account Manager, the event manager is responsible for event operation, staff check in, conflict support, emergency situations, and more. Minimum Qualifications • Valid Driver’s License + Motor Vehicle Record • Excellent management skills • Customer Focus – Maintaining awareness and seeking to meet the needs and wants of the internal and external customers • Excellent communication skills both oral and written • Leadership Orientation – Actively seeks ways in which to act as a role model, guide, develop and mentor others within the Operations Department; Strong team leadership, team building and facilitation skills • You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process • You have Security, Military, and/or Law Enforcement supervisory experience of at least 4 years or more • Initiative – Engages in proactive behavior and looks for new project opportunities • Adaptability – Responds effectively to changes in situation or information • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience • Experience in one or more of the following industries preferred: event staffing, security, sports management • Ability to pass a background check Physical and Mental Demands • Must possess a valid security license or be willing to obtain one (if required by local regulations).
