Overview We are seeking a dynamic Event Manager / Coordinator to join our team and assist in planning and executing various events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating memorable experiences and ensuring seamless execution of all aspects of high-quality branded experiences for Luxury Brands. Duties - Assists in all aspects of Corporate Events; Sales Meetings, Product Launches, Tradeshows, Video Conferences, Hybrid Events - Plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of events from start to finish - Manage event budgets, fill out vendor forms, contracts, COIs - Research and coordinate with vendors, get competitive bids, negotiate contracts for vendors including: Locations, Djs, videographers, photographers, editors Voiceover Artists, Audio-Visual, Caterers, Models, Furniture Rentals, Props, Event Staff, Live Entertainment, Set up crews etc. -Coordinate Run of Show timelines based on event calendar and track progress of projects.
