Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and explore exciting opportunities for events and shows in our targeted areas.
• Negotiate contracts with event vendors to secure beneficial arrangements.
• Create an engaging annual calendar filled with events and shows to promote our brand.
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of Event Demonstrators to effectively showcase our products.
• Schedule and supervise demonstrators to ensure a seamless execution of events.
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of displays and booths for various events.
• Engage with event attendees to schedule Free In-Home Consultation appointments.
• Collect and follow up on contest entries to enhance customer interaction.
• Evaluate and report on event outcomes to continuously improve our strategies.

Qualifications:
• Outstanding communication skills with a personable and engaging demeanor.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching, training, and inspiring team members.
• Ability to succeed in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
