Event Marketing Data Coordinator

Taft is seeking an Event Marketing Data Coordinator to join our dynamic team of legal professionals in our Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton or Indianapolis office. Taft is a modern law firm and the marketing and business development team is on the front lines of the firm's innovation. Assist in compiling, formatting, and distributing event invitations and email communication sequences to engage target audiences and support email marketing efforts; including segmenting email marketing lists for event invitations. Collaborate with marketing and business development team members to upload, maintain, and track invitation, registration, and attendance lists within the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and providing timely RSVP updates to stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.Requirements: Three to five years of marketing, data analysis, or event coordination experience with a focus on data management and reporting.
