Event Marketing Manager

We are a third-generation, family-owned and operated company, committed to quality craftsmanship and long-term customer relationships. Joyce is expanding into the Piedmont Triad, and we're looking for an Event Marketing Manager to help build our presence from the ground up. You'll play a key role in establishing our event marketing strategy, developing relationships throughout the community, leading a high-performing team, and driving lead generation in one of our newest markets. This role includes a base salary plus performance-based incentives. Generate leads and set appointments with homeowners at events Actively engage attendees and create interest in Joyce products Coach and motivate team members on-site to improve results Build and develop a high-performing event marketing team through recruiting, training, and coachingManage relationships with event venues, coordinators, and partners Take ownership of market growth by identifying new partnerships, improving event performance, and expanding Joyce's local presenceSupport event setup and teardown as part of a hands-on team environment Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and appointment targets
