Supporting the execution of tradeshows and marketing events, the full-time remote Event Marketing Planner will manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and administrative tasks while ensuring successful program outcomes and alignment with organizational goals. Key responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of Tier 2 and Tier 3 tradeshows, managing timelines and logistics across multiple events Manage relationships with event vendors and oversee tradeshow asset management, including booth materials and inventory utilization Provide administrative support by maintaining organized event documentation and tracking project milestones and deliverables Required qualifications 2-5 years of experience in event coordination, tradeshow operations, or logistics Proficiency with project management tools (Asana preferred) and Microsoft Office Experience coordinating shipments, inventory, and event logistics Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Experience in cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
