Event Marketing & Sales Assistant

Full Time | Immediate Start Location: Montgomery, AL Job Type: In-Person | Full-Time Compensation: Weekly Pay | Paid Training | Uncapped Commission We're building out our Event Sales Team with people who want to win, grow fast, and enjoy the process. What You'll Do • Represent major brands at retail-based promotional events • Start authentic conversations with customers and introduce product features • Make product recommendations based on customer needs • Build real rapport and create a positive brand experience • Tackle questions or objections with confidence and clarity • Track interactions and sales activity accurately • Push for personal and team performance targets What We're Looking For • Confident communicator who enjoys connecting with new people • Team player with a sports-minded, competitive attitude • Results-driven and coachable with a strong work ethic • Must be available full-time and work in-person (no remote opportunities) • At least 18 years old with legal authorization to work in the U.S. We’re hiring immediately — come ready to show us what you’ve got.
