Essential Job Functions • Manage all phases of small meeting groups with under 20 rooms per night, including meeting space, contracts, rooming lists, billing, VIPs, and upgrades. • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned. • Support the strategic planning and long-term development of the group sales and the sales catering departments' operational, financial, and service goals. • Delphi knowledge is a plus. Plan, solicit, book and coordinate small group meetings and room sales to meet and exceed revenue goals.
