As a GOAT On-Site Lead, youβre the captain of the event crew β ensuring seamless execution, keeping the energy high, solving problems fast, and protecting what matters most: elevating the guest experience. π What You'll Do β’ Act as the lead at events, managing all on-site staff, volunteers, and client communication β’ Oversee guest-facing moments: check-in, registration, auctions, paddle raises, and donations β’ Troubleshoot live tech issues on platforms like GiveSmart, ClickBid, or Classy Live β’ Ensure staff and volunteers stay on track β’ Make confident, quick decisions in the face of surprises (no-show staff, platform crashes, etc.) β’ Experience managing teams at live events (especially nonprofit or fundraising-focused) β’ Extensive experience working in a customer-facing role β’ Ability to stay calm under pressure β’ Tech-savvy, easily able to troubleshoot on the fly, train others, and learn new software & platforms β’ Exceptionally organized: you do your homework and prep in advance β’ A clear communicator who knows how to lead with both kindness and confidence β’ Availability nights and weekends π Sound like your kind of gig?
