Responsibilities: Own all live and silent auction planning and execution Source and secure high-value auction items and experiences Develop pricing strategy aligned with donor psychology and revenue goals Manage auction platforms, timelines, and on-site execution Oversee post-event fulfillment and donor stewardship Track revenue performance and identify opportunities for growth Coordinate celebrity invitations in collaboration with leadership Manage travel bookings and itineraries through our travel partners Oversee seamless arrival, departure, and event participation logistics Proactively resolve scheduling or travel changes Maintain organized communication and documentation 3–5+ years of experience in event management, fundraising, hospitality, travel logistics, or related field Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex, detail-driven projects Strong understanding of fundraising principles and auction strategy preferred Experience interacting with high-touch donors, executives, or VIP stakeholders preferred Exceptional organization, follow-through, and communication skills Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure High level of discretion and professionalism Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
