The Event Coordinator ensures the logistical and operational machine behind our events and installs runs seamlessly. This role works closely with cross‑functional partners across marketing, supply chain, and partner success, and serves as the on‑the‑ground driver of operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesManage event logistics: booth setup, shipping, vendor coordination, schedulingOversee Airstream fleet and drivers, including scheduling, maintenance, and branded executionCoordinate installs and setup for events and partner activationsOwn event logistics for the sports and athletic performance side of eventsHandle team travel logistics for all eventsTrack and manage event budgets and operational expenses, ensuring cost efficiencySupport Events and Sales teams during live events to ensure flawless executionSkills to ExcelOperationally Skilled & Organized – manages multiple moving pieces across events, installs, and activationsBudget awareness – decisions that optimize event spendVendor & driver coordination – keeps logistics on schedule and aligned for both events and installsProblem‑solving under pressure – keeps events on track when challenges ariseDetail‑oriented execution – ensures flawless branded deliveryRequirements – What technical knowledge do you need to perform in your role?Event management software (e.g., Cvent, Bizzabo, Eventbrite)Project management tools (e.g., Asana)CRM platforms (Hub Spot)Google WorkspaceQualifications (Must haves)2+ years experience in event planning, coordination, travel management and project managementProven success managing logistics for small and large‑scale eventsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to travel up to 50-70% of the timePositive, flexible, and team‑oriented attitudeQualifications (Not required, but nice to haves)Experience with wellness, health, fitness, or hospitality eventsExperience managing vehicles, mobile activations, or traveling brand assetsBenefits Pay, Location, HoursPay range: $60,000 – $75,000Benefits: 80% health, dental, vision coveredLocation: Flexible; remote with required travel for events (50-70% travel)Must be based in the U.S.#J-18808-Ljbffr
