Job Summary: We’re hiring a full-time Event Operations Coordinator to oversee festival and event logistics from warehouse prep to onsite execution. Join us to help bring some of the nation’s biggest events to life! • Manage onsite relationships with festival production teams • Maintain clear communication during live events with our BA’s and Festival Ops on the ground • Assist in troubleshooting equipment, power, or connectivity issues quickly and effectively. • Assist in all aspects of event station prep in the warehouse and onsite • Work closely with the event success team and our 3PL to request necessary equipment (e.g., forklifts) for efficient load-in and load-out. You’ll be at the center of bringing events to life, ensuring our charging solutions run smoothly across some of the nation’s biggest festivals and activations.
