This is a critical on-site role responsible for the seamless execution of all events hosted by the organization, ranging from large-scale conferences and weddings to intimate corporate gatherings. Responsibilities include developing and implementing operational procedures, maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with all safety and health regulations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in event management, hospitality operations, or a related field is required.
