Legends Global in Toledo operates the Huntington Center and the Glass City Center, and the Event Coordinator role supports both venues. You will manage assigned events, liaise with clients, coordinate requirements and oversee staff to ensure successful presentations.
You'll work irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays, using Word, Excel and AutoCAD as needed, and collaborate across departments to deliver memorable experiences for clients and guests.
