Join our dynamic team as a Event Operations Manager at MoneyShow, where you'll play a key role in organizing and executing both in-person conferences and virtual expos. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technology, data, and people — and who can keep multiple systems running smoothly before, during, and after our conferences. What You’ll Do: • Manage event operations and logistics, including hotel rooming blocks through Passkey and other onsite applications • Support customer service and help with projects related to our CRM • Analyze attendee and marketing data to help shape campaigns and improve outreach to key audiences • Collaborate with our marketing team to segment databases for event promotions and attendance growth • Assist with social media content and engagement across platforms to help drive awareness and registration If you’re a proactive problem-solver who enjoys making things run efficiently and loves the energy of live events, we’d like to meet you.
