The Member Events Operations Manager supports the execution of The Battery’s Member Events programming by ensuring events run smoothly from a service, staffing, and operational standpoint. The role works closely with Programming and Food & Beverage leadership to deliver consistent, well-run events that meet the club’s standards. Event Management Support • Partner with the Programming team to translate event plans into operational execution. • Demonstrated experience managing service staff during live events. You must possess the physical, visual, and auditory ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations and be able to meet the following requirements: • Frequent & high volume of member/guest contact is required.
