In this role, you will oversee various aspects of events, including meetings, conferences, weddings, and special functions, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless operations. This position requires strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.A minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in banquet operations, events, or food and beverage management.Demonstrated knowledge of banquet operations, including event planning, food and beverage service, room setup, and audiovisual coordination.Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team.Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, capable of handling multiple events simultaneously.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in event management systems, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs.Hotel Villagio & Vintage House offer a competitive compensation and benefits package and the chance to join a dynamic team.
