Job Responsibilities Event Planning & Execution • Manage all aspects of event planning and execution under the Events as a Service (EaaS) program, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for all participants. • Support marquee events to drive company success by coordinating logistics, space planning, and operational needs. • Provide input on space design, furniture layout, and setup to optimize attendee experience. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with internal teams such as the Global Events and Enablement Manager, Procurement, and Travel & Expense teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of initiatives.
