If you have already applied to the previous Summer Engagement Program for this summer, then you do not need to reapply. This is an unpaid program and not an employment opportunity with Paycom. The Summer Engagement Program is designed to be a recruitment and engagement strategy for college and university students that are interested in Paycom and are not part of one of our other internship programs. Those selected should not be set up as employees and therefore receive no compensation or benefits.
