Event Planning Professional We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Event Planning Professional to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by partnering with them to tailor events based on their needs. We deliver exceptional standards of safety and sanitation while welcoming and engaging with all guests as ambassadors of FUN. • Uphold cleanliness and safety standards • Engage with guests and provide exceptional service • Understand event packages and add-ons • Sell, schedule, and coordinate events • Utilize systems to input sales revenue and create follow-up tasks • Partner with the Sales Manager to exceed sales targets • Prospect for new business opportunities • Support local marketing initiatives • Attend weekly sales meetings and share strategic ideas • Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties Requirements: • Prior experience in food and beverage or retail, sales experience a plus • A guest-focused mindset • Teamwork is essential • Relationship building • Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, and CRM • Effective communication with management, team members, and guests • Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends and holidays
