Reports to : Director, Event Design and Management The Event Planner supports the planning, production, and execution of corporate events. Key Responsibilities : • Support Event Logistics : Facilitate logistical aspects of internal and external meetings and tradeshows including pre-planning, assistance with onsite execution, post-event reconciliation, vendor operations, registration, exhibitor management and sourcing. • Budget Tracking : Assist in tracking event budgets, managing expenses, and schedules under the guidance of the Senior Director, while ensuring adherence to all deadlines and budgets are met for best value in costs.
