Overview We are seeking motivated, high-energy individuals to join our team as Event Planner & Sales Specialists, with a strong focus on weddings and special events. Team members are involved from the early planning stages through on-site leadership during live weddings and events. Duties • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing weddings and special events, including corporate and social gatherings • Support and lead on-site event execution, including setup, timeline management, guest experience, and breakdown • Learn to develop event proposals, timelines, floor plans, and execution schedules • Serve as a support point of contact for clients before, during, and after events on floor • Assist with vendor coordination, logistics, and event-day communication • Participate in event marketing efforts through social media, email campaigns, and outreach • Learn to identify and present upselling opportunities such as catering enhancements, rentals, or premium services • Work closely with catering teams, banquet staff, and hospitality partners during live events • Track event expenses and assist with budget management under guidance • Participate in post-event evaluations to improve execution and client experience Qualifications • No prior event planning or sales experience required — full training provided • Strong interest in wedding and event production • Reliable, professional, and interested in long-term growth • Comfortable working in fast-paced, live event environments, including evenings and weekends • Strong communication skills and a guest-focused mindset • Willingness to learn hospitality standards, event operations, and sales fundamentals • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow timelines and processes • Team-oriented with the ability to grow into leadership roles over time • Hospitality or customer service experience is helpful but not required
