A growing organization in Seattle, WA is seeking an experienced Event Planner for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a highly organized, creative, and proactive event professional who enjoys managing events from concept through completion while partnering with leadership, internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
The Event Planner will play a key role in delivering high-quality corporate events, meetings, conferences, celebrations, and special programs that support organizational goals. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events from initial concept through final completion.
- Develop event timelines, project plans, budgets, operational schedules, and post-event reporting.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, contracts, catering, transportation, registration, audio/visual needs, and event materials.
- Research, negotiate with, and manage vendors, venues, and service providers to ensure quality services within budget.
- Partner with internal teams, leadership, clients, and external partners to understand event goals, requirements, and expectations.
- Oversee onsite event execution, resolve issues quickly, and ensure a positive experience for attendees and stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $70,000 to $90,000 per year.
