Provide outstanding customer service and produce events that exceed client’s expectations. Ensure that all aspects of the event meet OPG’s regulations. Work very closely with the Events Services Manager and banquet staff, AV Manager and all other department managers that are part of executing a contracted event. Conduct pre and post event evaluations and report on outcomes; adjust event planning, as needed, for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Manage event(s) by coordinating with all relevant departments, including sales/marketing, inventory, signage, facilities maintenance, shipping and receiving, crew set-up, and related staff, keeping them apprised of changes, IT needs, and operational challenges, in order to achieve timely delivery and orchestration of a successful event.
