Our Client Development Department’s primary goal is to foster and build a collaborative team at all levels so we can provide the best quality work and service to our internal clients as well as the clients of the firm. This position will be based in one of O’Melveny’s Southern California office locations (Century City, Los Angeles, or Newport Beach) and will support the firm’s two internal Event Managers as well as the firm’s Director of Brand Management and Operations. Ensure that working teams are clear on their responsibilities and expectations. • Create comprehensive event summaries, collecting attendee event feedback (surveys, polls), and assist with follow-up communications (as need be); share event successes, areas for improvement and best practices with key stakeholders; capture event attendance and details in firm’s CRM; provide strategic recommendations for future events.
