Event Planner & Coordinator

Our client is seeking a creative and organized Event Planner & Coordinator to manage a diverse range of events in the hospitality and tourism sector, based in Provo, Utah, US . This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for remote planning and administrative tasks while requiring on-site presence for event execution and client meetings. Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after events. Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and coordination, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
