Your primary role will be to oversee the efficient functioning of the office and manage various projects, including event planning for a diverse range of sizes and complexities. • Collaborate effectively with both senior and middle management as well as customers. • Provide strategic input and recommendations for event development. • Manage all aspects of events, including internal consulting, proposal development, site selection, vendor negotiation, contract administration, hotel management, travel logistics coordination, and overall event coordination. • Work closely with internal partners, including the kitchen, security team, audio visual team, events team, and facility teams.
