Bachelor's degree and three to five years of event planning experience; ability to work evenings and weekends (minimal weekends); willingness to travel (approximately 60%); experience in law firms or professional services industries preferred; ability to manage multiple budgets and make appropriate purchases; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; knowledge of business entertaining and event planning principles; understanding of etiquette and food/beverage service industry
