Event Planner - Onsite Concierge

Support the Director, Events in planning, logistics, and general project management of events. The position will manage the operations of the Portland Hub space, a key role in representing The Standard’s onsite spaces as a place for employees to connect, engage and learn. 50% Event Planning & Execution • Ownership of all phases of assigned event execution, including project plan, budget management, regular communications with Director, Events, and leadership team, on-site management of all event deliverables, and post-event analysis. Employees in this role must be available to commute to an office or otherwise must be in a specific geographic location to perform the functions of the job.
