Event Planner - Onsite Concierge

Support the Director, Events in planning, logistics, and general project management of events. The position will manage the operations of the Portland Hub space, a key role in representing The Standard’s onsite spaces as a place for employees to connect, engage and learn. 50% Event Planning & Execution • Ownership of all phases of assigned event execution, including project plan, budget management, regular communications with Director, Events, and leadership team, on-site management of all event deliverables, and post-event analysis. Employees in this role must be available to commute to an office or otherwise must be in a specific geographic location to perform the functions of the job. The Standard offers a drug- and alcohol-free work environment where possession, manufacture, transfer, offer, use of or being impaired by an illegal substance while on The Standard's property, or in other cases which the company believes might affect operations, safety or reputation of the company is prohibited.
