The Event Planner at EPRI is a crucial role centered on managing and executing multiple types of events that vary in complexity to support EPRI’s strategic goals and stakeholder engagements. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent event planning or hospitality industry experience
Five years event planning or hospitality industry experience preferred
Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) preferred
Working knowledge of meeting management systems, web-based registration and communication tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability and willingness to travel significantly
Self-directed with strong project management skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively
Experience with AI-powered platforms for automation
